About Me

Born and raised in St. Louis, Monie is a multi-faceted creative with a passion for engaging with, impacting, and sharing the influence of Black creativity. 

A spring 2018 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, she holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing with a minor focus in Graphic Design. As a freelance graphic designer, she enjoys applying a results-oriented approach to her branding projects, helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations achieve measurable success through effective and informed design. With almost 10 years of experience, she comes equipped with the technical knowledge and creative aptitude necessary to see most any project through. 

Other facets of Monie’s creative skillset include photography, DJing, and creating customized fashions including shoes and apparel. Through all of these channels, her professional motive remains the same: to serve and impact her community by encouraging creative expression that results in authentic connections and expression.
